Amenities are marketing nouns

Pool means a hole that can hold water. Heated means a system that may be off, broken, or extra. Work-from-villa Wi-Fi is the same gag with a different noun.

Reviews that say 'pool was freezing in March' are worth more than a drone shot. Read the shoulder-season ones.
