If you submitted SSN, DOB, and a bank login to a lookalike, treat it as a leak. Freeze bureaus, change those passwords from a different device, IRS IP PIN, IdentityTheft.gov. Identity Guard is a monitoring example — not an undo button. GUIDEORA is not a CRA.

  • Do not use the same computer to change passwords if you think it is infected — but do not wait a week for a new PC either.
  • SIM-swap risk rises if they also have your number. Call the carrier.
  • A VPN you install after does not recall the form.
  • Credit repair cannot un-type an SSN.

Identity Guard after the freeze
